Inquiry
Overseas customers contact us through the official website, email, WhatsApp or other channels, and put forward specific needs, including product drawings (2D/3D), process requirements (3D printing, CNC machining, vacuum casting, etc.), material specifications (ABS, aluminum alloy, soft rubber, etc.), surface treatment requirements (silk screen, spray painting, chrome plating, etc.), order quantity and delivery time.
Evaluation & Quotation
Our professional technical team analyzes the customer's needs, evaluates the feasibility of the process, selects the optimal production plan, calculates the cost (raw materials, processing, surface treatment, logistics, etc.), and provides customers with a detailed quotation sheet and sample plan (if needed) within 24-48 hours, ensuring the quotation is accurate and transparent.
Confirmation & Contract
After the customer confirms the quotation, sample plan and delivery time, we sign a formal international trade contract (in English), clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, including product quality standards, delivery time, payment terms (50% advance payment, 50% final payment to be paid after photo confirmation before shipment), after-sales service and other details, to protect the interests of both parties.
Advance Payment & Launch
The customer pays the advance payment (50% of the total order amount) according to the contract terms. After we receive the advance payment, we immediately set up the project, assign a special project manager to follow up the whole process, and arrange the production schedule to ensure the production starts on time.
Raw Material Purchase
We purchase high-quality raw materials (plastic, aluminum alloy, silicone, etc.) from qualified suppliers, and conduct strict incoming inspection on the raw materials, including material composition, hardness, appearance and other indicators, to ensure that the raw materials meet the production standards and customer requirements.
Production & Processing
According to the customer's requirements and production plan, we carry out professional production and processing, including 3D printing, CNC machining, vacuum silicone casting, SLA rapid prototyping, precision aluminum parts processing, etc. The professional technical team monitors the production process in real time to ensure the processing accuracy and production efficiency.
Surface Treatment
After the completion of the main processing, we carry out corresponding surface treatment according to the customer's requirements, including silk screen, spray painting (matte/bright), chrome plating, nitriding, sandblasting + anodizing, electrophoresis + powder spraying, etc., to ensure the surface effect of the product meets the customer's expectations.
Quality Inspection
We conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the finished products, including dimensional accuracy, surface effect, assembly performance, etc., using professional testing equipment. If unqualified products are found, we will rework or remanufacture them immediately until they meet the standards.
Packaging
For overseas transportation, we use shock-proof, moisture-proof and pressure-resistant packaging materials to pack the products, and label them clearly (product name, quantity, order number, destination, etc.) to avoid damage during transportation.
Logistics & Delivery
After receiving the final payment, we will choose the most suitable logistics method (sea freight, air freight, international express) according to the customer's requirements and the destination (USA, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong), arrange the logistics delivery, and provide the customer with the logistics tracking number in a timely manner, so that the customer can check the transportation status at any time.
Acceptance & Final Payment
After the production is completed and the quality inspection is qualified, we will take clear photos of the finished products (showing product details, quantity and quality) and send them to the customer for confirmation. Only after the customer confirms the products are qualified and pays the final payment (50% of the total order amount) in full according to the contract terms, we will arrange packaging and shipment.
Order Completion & After-sales
After receiving the final payment, the order is completed. We will follow up with the customer regularly to understand the use of the products. If there are any quality problems caused by our side, we will provide timely after-sales solutions (rework, replacement, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
